TNews, BIAK –<\/strong> Belum lama ramai beredar kabar bahwa mulai April 2026, pemerintah merencanakan setiap WNI yang lahir di Indonesia akan otomatis menjadi peserta aktif BPJS Kesehatan.<\/p>\n

Merespon kabar tersebut, Kepala Humas BPJS Kesehatan, Rizzky Anugerah mengatakan
\nbahwa saat ini kebijakan mengenai pendaftaran bayi baru lahir menjadi peserta Program JKN masih mengacu pada regulasi yang berlaku.<\/p>\n

\u201cSecara aturan, bayi tersebut harus didaftarkan dulu oleh keluarganya ke BPJS Kesehatan. Aturan tersebut sudah lama berlaku. Sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 82 Tahun
\n2018 Pasal 16, bayi baru lahir wajib didaftarkan menjadi peserta Program JKN paling lama 28 hari sejak kelahirannya. Bayi yang didaftarkan pada periode waktu tersebut, status kepesertaan JKN-nya akan
\nlangsung aktif,\u201d jelas Rizzky pada Senin (06\/04).<\/p>\n

Pendaftaran bayi baru lahir bisa dilakukan melalui chat WhatsApp PANDAWA di nomor 08118165165 dengan menyertakan foto KTP ibu, foto Kartu Keluarga, dan foto Surat Keterangan Lahir bayi tersebut.
\nApabila bayi baru lahir tersebut didaftarkan lewat dari 28 hari sejak kelahirannya, maka iuran JKN-nya akan ditagihkan terhitung sejak kelahiran bayi.<\/p>\n

\u201cSaat ini lebih dari 98% penduduk Indonesia dari berbagai usia yang terdaftar Program JKN, mulai dari bayi baru lahir hingga yang sudah lanjut usia. Program ini menganut prinsip gotong royong, yang mana iurannya dihimpun dari seluruh penduduk Indonesia. Sayangnya, meski program ini sudah berjalan lebih dari 13 tahun, masih ada saja sebagian orang yang baru mendaftar JKN ketika jatuh sakit. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menjadi peserta JKN selagi masih sehat dan memastikan status kepesertaan
\nJKN kita selalu aktif karena sakit tidak ada yang tahu kapan datangnya,\u201d ujar Rizzky.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, terkait integrasi sistem kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan dengan portal layanan publik terpadu (INAku) Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB), Rizzky mengatakan bahwa pada prinsipnya BPJS Kesehatan siap mendukung kebijakan yang
\nditetapkan oleh pemerintah melalui regulasi yang berlaku, sesuai dengan masing-masing tupoksinya.<\/p>\n

\u201cMasyarakat juga perlu tahu, iuran peserta JKN tidak hanya digunakan untuk membayar biaya pelayanan kesehatan peserta yang sakit, namun juga dimanfaatkan untuk menjaga peserta yang sehat
\nsupaya tetap sehat melalui berbagai program promotif preventif bersama mitra fasilitas kesehatan.
